How we use it

We use your details to understand your enquiry and to introduce you to a suitable local contractor from our network so they can contact you, arrange a site visit and provide a quote. We may follow up briefly to check the introduction was useful.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is passed to one or, where it makes sense, a small number of vetted local contractors in our network so they can quote for the work. Form submissions are processed for us by a third-party form-handling provider acting on our instructions.

Marketing

We do not sell or rent your details to unrelated third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to introduce you to a contractor and handle any follow-up or complaint. After that, records are removed unless we are required to keep them for a legal reason.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Reply to the address used in your last correspondence with us and we will action it.
